The Couatl is a monster in D&D 5e that is similar to a dragon. A corruptor is a eater of souls which has grown to abnormally large proportions. Like a cancer, the putrid creatures born from the eater of worlds mutate and grow into bigger, more deadly forms. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
